Russian missile bombers recognized as old, but dangerous

Three planes American magazine National Interest has compiled a list of dangerous Russian missile bombers. Although they are old, they were developed in the USSR, they are recognized as formidable opponents. Discuss  Russian missile-carrying bombers were recognized as old, but dangerous

The first in the list is the Tu-95 heavy long-range bomber. It was developed back in the 50s of the 20th century. It received loud engines, it cannot be called inconspicuous, but the plane can carry a huge payload.

Next comes the Tu-22M supersonic missile carrier. It has good controllability even at very high speeds and can also carry a heavy bomb load. Its maximum speed, by the way, reaches Mach 1.88.

Of course, the list also includes the famous “White Swan” – the Tu-160 supersonic strategic bomber-missile carrier. It is the heaviest bomber, it can carry up to 40 tons of payload, use high-precision cruise missiles with nuclear warheads.
