The bus will be checked in extreme situations in the Far North. The vehicle must operate at extreme temperatures – minus 50 degrees Celsius and below. Off-road conditions should not be a problem for such a bus either.
It is noted that now Russia does not have such a stable technology. Existing buses are powerless against snow drifts. Serial production of new buses should begin in 2024 at the URAL automobile plant.
There is even a living module in the vehicle. It will help passengers survive in emergencies. It will be able to stay up to 20 people for a day. The Arctic bus can also stay on the water for an hour.
