A Zystax user demonstrated a version of a budget computer worth 18 thousand rubles. To compile a list of spare parts, he turned to the online catalog of the Regard store.
Thus, Athlon 200GE was chosen as the processor(5 910 rubles) with integrated graphics Radeon Vega 3 and power consumption of 35 watts. This is a 2018 model year 2-core, 4-thread processor built on the Zen architecture. In terms of performance, it is close to Intel Core i3-7100, AMD A10-9700 and, suddenly, all old quad-core processors like Intel Core i5-4430/4440, 3550, etc.
The motherboard was also the simplest – ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 (3,890 rubles) with the required M.2 slot and the necessary video outputs. Next – 8 GB RAM Patriot Signature (PSD48G2666K) (two modules, 3,280 rubles). From SSD drives, the author chose Apacer AS2280P4 (AP256GAS2280P4-1) (2 820 rubles) with a volume of 256 GB. Since the power consumption of the computer will be less than 100 watts, an inexpensive power supply will do. Zystax immediately took the case with the power supply unit – Exegate BAA-104U 350W Black (2,130 rubles). On October 23, the total cost of the entire set will be 18,030 rubles.
