Pocophone Xiaomi surpassed Samsung Galaxy S9+ in the benchmark

In the database benchmark Geekbench showed the results of testing the upcoming release of Xiaomi smartphone Pocophone F1, not yet officially presented by the manufacturer.

Company Xiaomi has already started to actively promote its new sub-brand Poco in India and Pocophone for the international market. In social networks they have already opened official accounts and named the date of the first smartphone in the lineup — August 22, 2018.

The benchmark confirmed that Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 845 and is equipped with 6 GB of RAM. In the single core test, he received 2467 points, and in multi-core — 9081 points. Thus, in the multicore test, he walked around the flagship Samsung — Galaxy S9+, although it is inferior in single core test.



According to earlier leaks, Poco Pocophone F1 or F1 may be the most affordable smartphone on the top-end processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. In Europe, its price may amount to 420 euros for the version 6+64 GB, and 460 euros for a 6+128 GB. For comparison, OnePlus 6 is on sale for 519 euros for a 6+64 GB.

The smartphone is equipped with a 5,99-inch display and a resolution 2246 x 1080 pixels, primary camera 12+5 MP selfie camera at 20 MP, a 64 or 128 GB of internal flash memory. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with a shell MIUI 9. The battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh with fast charging.
