Huawei will make a hole in the screen for the next camera flagship

Huawei is working on a flagship smartphone with edge-to-edge display without a cut-out screen in iPhone style X. this was told Korean publication ETNews.

Huawei did not use the pull-out modules for cameras like the NEX and Vivo OPPO Find X. Instead of “monopoly” on a 6-inch display is actually a hole under the front camera, surrounded by a screen from all sides. Thus the speaker and sensors will be located at the top edge.

The new design will allow to achieve a higher ratio of screen area to the front of the panel than the current flagships Huawei P20 and P20 Pro. The output of such a device is expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.

In October, Huawei needs to introduce smartphones Mate Mate 20 and 20 Pro. 6-inch LCD panel with the cutout for the camera can be used in the Junior version, the Mate 20. At the same Mate for 20 Pro rumors predict OLED screen curved on two sides edges.
