The order of them was signed by Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister of Telecom and mass communications. The first signs were the DBMS “Red Database” from “Red Soft”, “1C: School. Informatics. 11 class” and “1C: School. Russian language. 5-6 class. Lexicology” from “1C-publishing”.
