The team of Top Gear had traveled to Argentina for a special. It was (among others) a Porsche 928 used, which was equipped with a license plate that without too much imagination refers to the Falkland war. The license plate
Jezza was there when the chickens are on to explain that the plate is not a scripted provocation towards Argentines. The shit goes down
