President Obama may not want to go back to the moon, but that cannot be said of everyone else around. Russia plans its first manned mission to our natural satellite. Private companies want to mine the moon’s resources, in particular water to make rocket fuel. European space Agency wants to build the village.

As in the case of the ISS, in different countries and companies will be responsible for different areas, such as the construction of part of the structure of the colony or delivery of goods after the base will become operational.
Currently, ESA is still no clear plan and agreed budget for the construction of settlements on the moon, but, apparently, they are open to cooperation with private companies.
