Incredible in the movie series “Star wars” (and someone was lucky and books to read) presents the weird and wonderful alien creatures, but although they look strange, many of them look like real animals. In light of the release of the immortal film epic, you can’t pass by and not to please you these fun comparisons.
Bow
These huge beasts debuted with the release of “Star wars” and since then periodically arise from time to time. They out like the wooly mammoths, an extinct species that once roamed the Northern hemisphere. Like mammoths, bows have powerful tusks and a long, shaggy coat — although they don’t have trunks.
And it’s weird, not really. Woolly mammoths thrived during the last ice age, when huge chunks of ice came from the Arctic and covered North America and Northern Europe. Huge size mammoths and a thick coat helped them keep warm in cold climates.
In contrast, bows live on the desert planet Tatooine. We didn’t see the thermometer on the screen, but it definitely burns and snowflake in sight did not come across. Bows should overheat. It remains to conclude that they were brought from somewhere else, maybe with Hoth, or someone brought them because of the fur.
Tauntaun
By the way, the icy expanses of Hoth: his relatives tauntaun used as pack animals by the rebels in “Empire strikes back”.
They have thick fur and dirty white color — which makes sense, given the snowy landscape in which they live. But they seem not very convenient for skiing people.
Almost all the animals ridden by people with four legs — the same horse, for example. But tauntaun two-legged, hold the two handles in front of him, like some prehistoric dinosaurs like tyrannosaurs.

In “Empire strikes back”, Han Solo is hiding “Tysyacheletii Falcon” in the tunnel on the asteroid and discovers that the tunnel is home to a giant worm-like, and the vehicle is parked on the tongue. Later this beast called aksigorta.
While we have no evidence that the asteroids in the Solar system could live giant worms, and it’s really unlikely. But the various elements of aksigorta not from a ceiling took.
For starters, there are many long animals that spend most of their time in burrows. Here’s a spotted Moray lives in the pipe.
The question is: what can eat of aksigorta? Science fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke claimed that the animal cannot exist, because not so many edible animal passes by him. But this is assuming that it eats meat.
Many single-celled organisms can extract energy from stones: the millions of microbes live in lakes under the Antarctic ice. These microbes can support more complex and larger organisms. We know that worms can live in solid rock at a depth of several kilometers below the earth where they absorb a film of bacteria.
However, these worms of a few millimeters, while aksigorta was hundreds of meters in length. But still.
Jabba The Hutt
This crime boss is a giant slug with arms.
Put aside the question of whether the slug to evolve enough to establish a criminal Empire. More interesting — can the slug be the size of Jabba?
Slugs and snails are mollusks, i.e. belong to the same group that brine, oysters and octopus.

Sarlacc
