These two retirement Land Rover Defenders get the thanks to Kahn Design well on the hips. And to top it off, they had a more modern smoeltje.

We saw already with the Chelsea Wide Track of the men of Kahn, a widened Defender, and the Chelsea Longnose, one with a big V8 under the hood. This is a bit of both. The oversized of the Wide Track, the Mondial wheels with lots of rubber from the Longnose. And a more modern front (grille, headlights, front bumper). For both the two and the four-door version.

For these guys, probably not a V8, but the normal 2,2-litre four-cylinder diesel engine that we already know. The interior is adorned with four leather bucket seats, with a gray lozenge pattern to increase oil. Small detail: beautiful how the long variant, a recess in the wide side is made for the portierklink.

That widened wheel arches will not be to everyone’s tastes, but personally I think that broad is fine in a Defender suit. And that tan looks great, definitely does not.
