Nearly 90 deaths due to attacks Burundi

BUJUMBURA –

By the attacks of armed rebels in the capital of Burundi on Friday, nearly ninety deaths. That has the army of Burundi Saturday reported.

The unrest began when armed men attack opened on three legerbases in Bujumbura. That led to a whole day of vuurwapengeweld. Among the dead are soldiers.

The violence has to do with opposition to president Pierre Nkurunziza. He introduced himself in april for a third-term candidate. Opponents, often known as the Sindumaja, see this as a violation of an agreement that, in 2005, an end to the civil war. Nkurunziza won the controversial election in July.

Western countries, including the USA, the violence in Bujumbura sentenced. They fear that Burundi falling into a civil war.
