Leaserijder kiest minder vaak voor winterbanden
Now the nights go longer and the temperature drops, it is the discussion about winter tyres again relevant.

And guess what? The use of winter tyres is within a few years, with four percent went down, so charged the leasing company Alphabet on the basis of the data of 60,000 lease cars. Perhaps not entirely surprisingly, are the Volvo riders who often opt for winter tyres. It is remarkable that the tyre under the entire national vehicle fleet (including cars that are privately purchased) to win ground. The same applies for vierseizoenenbanden.

According to Alphabet, made in 2012, yet 91 percent of the passenger cars in the lease use of winter tyres, which in 2014 fell to 87 percent. Not a very shocking number, but it gives food for thought. The percentage of cars equipped with winter tyres with 44 percent a lot lower, although it would be the all season tyre to gain ground.

As I said, winter tyres are that Volvo drivers are the most popular. They choose in 97 percent of the cases for such a footwear. Mercedes is the percentage at 96 percent. Outliers in ‘negative’ sense, are MINI and Fiat. When those brands varies, the percentage of cars on winter tyres somewhere under 50%.
